Before setting up the product, ensure that the Hub firmware version is v1.6.7 or above, and the MOCREO Sensor App version is v1.1.1 or above. If not, update the Hub firmware and App version first through the MOCREO Sensor App.

Ensure that the Hub has been successfully added to your MOCREO Sensor App. To pair the Sensor with the Hub, launch the MOCREO Sensor App, tap the "+" icon on the upper right corner of the homepage, select the Temperature Sensor (with the corresponding image), and follow the instructions on the App.

Note that the MOCREO Hub is required for this device to function. It will not work without a Hub, which is not included. You can search for B08V555LXZ to find the Hub, or try the Thermometer Hygrometer Kit with a Hub, B08MFN12F3. Additionally, the sensor does not support 5GHz WiFi, and it requires a probe to measure the temperature.

It is recommended to name each sensor, such as Freezer/Basement/Greenhouses/Dog House, on the app and make the same mark on the sensor body to easily distinguish multiple sensors.
