How do I get the Sensor to connect successfully? If the host has not received transmission from the sensor ("--" on the LCD), press and hold the "Alarm" + "CLR" button for 3 seconds to activate long reception mode to reset the connection.

Can't display the correct temperature? If you buy 2 refrigerator thermometers, you can install one of these first. Then, install the other one after the first thermometer has been connected stably. Finally, you will get accurate readings from them without interference.

What battery powers it? Is it included? The main unit is powered by 3AAA and one sensor is powered by 2AA batteries. Neither is included.

How big is the display? The display is 4.3 inches.

Can I use the thermometer immediately after receiving it? It can be used, but it needs to be stabilized for a period of time before it can be judged (at least half an hour, a buffering process is needed to accept the surrounding environment).

When the sensor is not connected, please try: 1. Ensure host & transmitter are within unobstructed 100m range. 2. Post battery installation & power on, transmitter awaits 3 mins for host signal. 3. Force long reception mode by pressing alarm+CLR for 3 secs. 4. For issues, replace battery or restart.

Can't display the correct temperature? 1. If two sets were purchased, please reinstall the batteries separately in order and make sure the display is normal before proceeding to the next step. 2. If there is a temperature mismatch between the devices, the batteries need to be removed and reinstalled.
