To use our ice packs, simply follow these four easy steps: 1. Soak the ice pack in water for about 5 minutes. 2. Wipe down both sides with a towel to dry off. 3. Freeze the ice pack for 6 hours. 4. Enjoy the frozen gel pack, which can be used to keep food fresh and cool.

To ensure longer-lasting cooling, use as many frozen ice sheets as possible and store them in an insulated carton with a foil-insulated bag liner.
